Throughout the process, my partner had a number of interactions with Olivia Graziano a Trainee Sales Negotiator. We were informed by Olivia that the individuals purchasing the address were no longer about to afford the property and have reduced their offer by 5K. When we spoke to Olivia about returning to the purchaser and requesting more - Olivia just did not seem helpful.
