Premier Inn Wellingborough hotel

"Surprisingly, there are not enough plug sockets in the rooms! We asked for an extension lead for our daughter for her Cpak machine. They only had one, which was being used! The fan cover was faulty and the heater wasn't working!! The beds, though, were quite comfortable."

"So we arrived at the premier inn to be greeted by nobody after searching for the buzzer a rude member of staff appeared. Once we walked through the stained carpet down the hallway to get to our room. The beds were very comfortable and made for a good nights sleep UNTIL we was greeted by a fire alarm at 6:30 in the morning which after a few mins stopped as there was clearly no emergency. Then couldn’t get back to sleep as nobody had come round to say there was no emergency"

"Fuming! Booked and paid for meal allowance. Got to the hotel to be informed that the pub is shut on Monday and Tuesday evenings. I had to eat elsewhere at my expense. Tried to get breakfast only to be told that I can't use food and drinks allowance for breakfast! Nowhere on any site are you told this, what an absolute sham. The room was OK but the toilet was dripping all night as was the shower. There are plenty of other hotel options nearby, I suggest using them. Premier Inn, you are becoming a joke."

"Stayed hear on a number of occasions was good a first but gone down hill room was dirty on both occasions toilet seat broken told staff about it nothing was done also noisy room banging and running around all night food was not bad good breakfast I only use this hotel because of family living near could be better if they listen to you"

"Nice quiet room. Very warm on a night but had a fan provided so wasn't too bad. Beefeater is very expensive and portions are weighed out so they're small. I had to eat 2 mains to be full the first night. Rooms are quite dated but perfectly useable. Staff are lovely."
