"After visiting a few establishments on Hatton gardens, we turned to Queensmith to produce our engagement ring. We were delighted with the experience and couldn’t be happier with the ring. The company exudes par excellence from start to finish. All the staff we encountered were engaging, warm, interested and helpful. Communication was effortless and appointments were easy to schedule. They have a high-end showroom and an impressive workshop on site, but their biggest assets are their service and craftsmanship. Selecting a diamond and designing an engagement ring can be daunting, but Emily, our dedicated advisor, made the journey fun and effortless. She was informative, down to earth, transparent, patient, creative and funny in equal measure. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We had complete trust in her advice and knew she had our best interests at heart. There was never any pressure to buy or efforts to upsell at any point. She went to painstaking efforts to ensure our precise design requirements were all met and we looked forward to our meetings. Sadly she was on holiday at the final handover but the ring was perfect, and Jen was also a wonderful host and gave us a very professional and memorable handover in her place. Given the quality of their service and product, I was surprised that their price was as competitive as it was compared to other quotes I had received from other jewellers. There is no doubt that we made the right decision to commission them and I would not hesitate to recommend them as one of the stand out establishments in a crowded Hatton Gardens marketplace."

"Booked in today morning for an appointment tomorrow which i would have wanted for today itself as i was arriving into kings x . Luckily just as I had arrived at 1800 I received a phone call from Imogen who offered me a 1830 appointment which I was so happy about. Imogen tended to me so well. She thoroughly checked both my rings and was able to get my wedding band sonic cleaned and steamed there and then so that I could wear it whilst on holiday. She also offered a thorough clean and polish of my engagement ring and have that posted to my home address much quicker than I expected. So polite and a pleasure to have met.
