"Not impressed at all ordered pancakes they were like cardboard, disinterested staff , thimble full of milk for hot drinks. While I was at the till ordering a shrieky woman came up and started yapping to the assistant about some voucher she'd just got on her phone made my ears bleed rude beyond belief. Went to look at the perfumes and make up displays grubby and empty testers no wonder place was deserted."
