"I joined Paul jarman vets but was quickly disappointed on my first visit because as I walked up to the entrance who was the vet himself quickly blocked me from entering and bluntly said we have a close door policy. Why still use covid excuses when in doctors and hospitals where humans are are okay to go too , I was really upset that I couldn’t go in with my dog so I haven’t a clue what he did what is he hiding I have left now and would not go back"

"I had taken one of my pet rats with a respiratory infection to this vets, only to be given antibiotics in her water bottle instead of an injection/tablet which would have made sure she got what she needed to recover or at least have a chance at recovery. She passed away two days later after unsuccessfully trying to get her to drink her medicated water. I feel there could have been more done by the vet to help my rat and avoid her dying a very uncomfortable death. When I took my second rat in a few months later to be put to sleep due to a mammory gland tumor, the vet did not let me say goodbye to her and instead whisked her away to a back room then gave me my empty pet carrier five minutes later. This was an extremely upsetting thing to go through as I was not allowed to be by her side when she passed away."
