Understanding nothing was to much trouble. They let us have as much time as we needed. Collecting them after their cremation was done with a very discreet phone call and a dignified hand over. We brought in a wild rabbit with myxomatosis that we found in our garden after being refused at the other local vet practice. The vet waited for us as it was near closing time and euthanised the poor animal. She even thanked us for bringing the animal in."
