Upon purchasing a swivel chair I had a problem with the center alignment as it kept touching the ground so I had no choice but to dismantle the parts however the gas lift was stuck in the tube so I decided to contact Teknik themselves and they agreed to send me the replacement parts free of charge. I now have a working chair courtesy of the company's will to look after their customers. Recommend Teknik all the way and btw, the chair is really comfy for the long hours I spend WFH."

Teknik were superb, quickly dispatching my delivery and arriving before the earliest date they initially suggested. The customer service at every stage was superb.
