"Hiya, This is the 1st time I went to the shop which seemed to be a charity market. So I wanna comment on behalf of my mother. I have to say to be honest that according to what I was been told that this blonde lady for the past many years my mother and sister have known her and the way she approached to Joy (my mother) was immature, rude and unfriendly. There were some items that were for £3 and she increased extra £3, still wondering why charity shops are adding overpriced items though? Last time I checked charities shops should not overprice items. Let's say it is for actual charity and is for charity, where does the money go anyway honestly? I may not know the reason she increased the prices but she knows herself why she did. I do not think I would advice my mother to go there. Whoever is reading this gotta tell her that how she handled a customer wasn't nice despite my mom tried to be cordial and friendly. As the son it was my duty to ensure my mom would keep her emotion checked, calm to avoid any situation going on. Though I appreciate she accepted £50 than £65, even though my mother insisted £45 and ask her to show heart. But what she did to increase prices I assume were solely because she knew somebody's large family was in need and she increased the prices. My 1 star was solely for her attitude she displayed which does not show a good image of her. I advice her to be cordial and polite because we are living in a such bad world that we need to be nice and loving to one another. Thank you!"
