"I attended this school for 2 terms last year and I absolutely loved my teacher. I got married that year and I hired the school director plus 2 musicians to play in the ceremony and I received confirmation of this by email. Once the wedding was closer I sent a list of the songs we chose on 3/7/18, no answer at all, I sent a follow up on 11/7/18, again no answer. I sent a third email cancelling the agreement because of lack of feedback on 19/7/18 and I didn’t receive an answer at all. This happened 2 months before the wedding so it is easy to imagine the stress that this unfortunate situation created. Again, my violin teacher was wonderful but the way I was ignored...I can’t recommend this school to anyone."
"My two girls have had a wonderful experience learning piano at this school, starting at 4 years old, with talented teachers who provide individually tailored teaching, and a wonderful commitment & enthusiasm. Both have now progressed to grade 3 and look forward to their lessons."
"I have 3 daughters attending the Cassidy Academy of Music for the past number of years and can't speak highly enough about our experience. The teachers are wonderfully talented in their own right with a passion for encouraging the next generation of musicians. My girls have made wonderful progress under their guidance, in a very positive environment."
"I went to the baby music class at the Cassidy academy of music with my son and then my daughter. We loved it. It is very entertaining and it's a lovely way to introduce music to small kids. There is a part with singing, then some piano playing and some instrument playing. It is great and the teachers are so nice. Super kids friendly"
"My daughter had one year piano lessons. Teacher wasn't too bad, but the progress was slow, maybe the teacher just wanted to get everything right. The big problem for us is time. Each lesson is 30mins, we only got 25 mins each time. No windows between classes. Unluckily, the mother of the child before us always took few mins to talk to the teacher, and the teacher finished lesson 2 minutes earlier to allow the child get ready to finish and go down stairs. As a parent I would like to know about my child's progress. It just left no time for me to even discuss with the teacher as I now it would be unfair to the next person."
