I sent in a 2 year old quality watch to see if these guys could polish out some scratches that had built up over the clasp and strap, Ive just had the watch returned and it is absolutely like a brand new watch! Genuinely thought they had swopped it for a new one except the serial number proves its mine. Amazed. Also they had it back to me within 5 days and kept me informed and notified of its dispatch and to let me know it would be with me this morning.
