I wanted some advice on a ring I plan to wear on my wedding day, which Dorian was quick to look at and advise me of possible wear and tear to my engagement ring. The lady on the counter was great, really informative and happy to help with everything - she gave really good advice. Dorian also, out of his own kind spirit, cleaned both my rings and made sure the diamonds were set (one was a little loose). For this, they didn't want a penny, things like this are hard to come by these days. I'll be taking my rings to Spencer Morgan in the future for all their needs, and I highly recommend you do the same!"

"Amazing service and experience!!! I went there today (Christmas eve) on the off chance I could get my wedding ring downsized. I was expecting to depart with my ring for a short period possibly into the new year, however I was seen very quickly and they did it in 10 minutes, in that time they also polished the ring.
