"Terrible service. I ordered a pair of school shoes online which were confirmed in stock. After taking payment I received an email to say my order would be ready for collection in four (working) days. I rang to query this as they were confirmed in stock when I ordered. A very rude woman told it would take four days to review my order, that was the 'fair' way to do it. Eventually she confirmed they were in stock and I could collect on the same day...as per what I expected when I ordered. When I collected the order it was not ready, the same person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude to me in person and told me next time it will be four days...Terrible organisation, terrible customer service."
"Total lack of stock, untrained staff (not the staff member's problem). Could give no indication if uniform would be available before school year commences. Kept blaming it on COVID/Ukraine. Not having uniforms will create great distress for both parents and children alike as they start the school year, in less than a month. Very much the Currys of the school uniform world, only interested in selling units, not customer service. The schools decision to change from the professional customer focused service provide by Lynch's in Marino, was definitely the wrong move."

"Not even the nice shop and friendly staff can make up for the outrage of the orders. Every year, when I order the uniforms for school, it takes forever and I have to chase the staff to receive what I payed for. Unfortunately, this is the designated shop to make uniforms (tracksuits) for my son's school, otherwise I would surely choose other store. Some strange policies too, I was told in September that they don't take orders because it's the beginning of the school year and it would take too long. Is there anything that makes sense at Uniformity and doesn't end up in customer frustration? Interesting to see so many 5-star reviews without comments in here."
"Parking outside, large selection of uniform but also school stationary, bags, shoes so you can get everything there. Busy during the summer months so you may have to wait. I did have a problem with one thing where I was given the incorrect item, but the level of customer service to resolve the issue was excellent, totally made up for the initial avoidable error."
