Reviews
"I get bakery items here, i also do the lottery here. And they have a paypoint so can top up my gas and electic cards here. And they have a bus stop outside, which is handy."
"Queues are never bad, it’s well-organised, staff are nice, but you can’t rely on it being well-stocked. If you want to make a curry, for example, don’t bank on staple fresh herbs and ingredients (parsley, thyme, coriander, garlic, ginger, chilli peppers) being in stock, or even on the availability of their own-brand cereals"
"It had a great variety of foods and drinks and a hot snack rack which contained pasties, sausage rolls chicken and beef pies and wraps, but it very busy and quite a small store, so expect to que at times."
"The most friendly store on st James's street, i go in to this store 3-4 times a week, the staff are always friendly & helpful which incl. The security guy who always says hello on entry. Keep up the good work guys & have a empty box for my next visit as i don't like carrier bags because my groceries (biscuits) get broken. Lol"
"I am a regular customer for several years up to 3 times a day and I have never met any team members that aren’t respectful or smiling. Today, in the evening I needed something so I had to ask someone working in there if they could help me. His name was Alex and his reaction to my question was extremely frustrating because he was very agressive and he did care at all. I would suggest to train the team members that aren’t engaged to their responsibilities or aren’t qualified for working with customers. I am completely pleased with everyone else but specifically in his case I was unsatisfied because the shop was completely empty and his lack of interest is completely inappropriate."
