"Guessing this won't be a surprise to either the store manager ( nice) or the sales assistant ( horrible). Love Next, love the company, clothing and furniture been buying for years since it first open. When found the most amazing dress.... then the sales assistant walked by... filthy look central. I was only putting a dress back correctly as it slipped off the wrong hanger... Yes maybe I shouldnt have shouted out in the store that's the woman who gave me a filthy look, but it hurt and I felt totally degraded. I really hope just for a split second you felt the pain I felt when you walked by and judged me. Dress wise I will buy it online and never feel the need to go in that store again... P.s like most customers I did chat to a few other shops I went in to and told them off my experience!!"
