"Fantastic care from Michelle! Baggy, our cat, received wonderful care from Michelle while we were away on holiday. She sent reports after each visit - with photos! - and it was so reassuring to know that he was happy. He is normally very shy with strangers, but after a day or so Michelle had him eating out of her hand - literally, with a photo to prove it! I would not hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone who wants their pet looked after by a caring and knowledgeable person. I will definitely use her services again."
"Michelle cared for our beloved Maine Coone cat, Bella, over two weeks when we were away on holiday. She put our minds at rest straight away when she came to our home for an initial meeting with us and Bella, with her calm and caring manner and her clear knowledge about cat behaviours and her obvious love of animals. Whilst we were away she attended our home daily and cared for Bella to the highest standard. She was extremely reliable in attending and she also provided us with daily email updates keeping us informed of how Bella was doing and sent us numerous photos which reassured us that Bella was fine and happy. She was also very amenable in, for example, changing a day around to accommodate a change of plans. We will certainly ask her to assist us the next time we want to go away on holiday, in the confidence that Bella will be cared for to a high standard in her own home. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to care for your cherished pet whilst you are away"
