"Rang early this morning to confirm pharmacy had my prescription, as it was faxed from my doctors. The girl told me to come in at 5.30pm and they would have it ready. When i went to collect it i was left maybe ten minutes only for the pharmacist (dark hair) to tell me they didn't have it in stock no can do. No apology no nothing. When i asked why someone hadnt phoned me earlier to tell me she said my staff wouldn't have known that it wasn't in stock? I then asked could i please have a copy of my script so I could try get to another chemist and the pharmacist told me the copy of it would be useless in another chemist i would have to ring my doctor for a copy.. How was I supposed to this it at such short notice? I found the pharmacist with dark hair verging on aggressive, rude and dismissive. At last minute another pharmacist there with blonde hair said she could give me a generic to save me going to another chemist at such short notice which I appreciated. Overall a really bad experience there was no apology or empathy here at all. I would hate to have been very ill or vulnerable. The staff should be more understanding to their customer's this is my local pharmacy and I honestly wont be back in a hurry."

"I am extremely sorry to say this but this is the most inefficient pharmacy for medical prescriptions I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Every time I collect a prescription there is a problem. A prescription was sent Wednesday afternoon. I called the next day to ensure they had it. They did. I was told I could collect it before 7. When I arrived only part of my prescription was there, the item I needed most would not be there until the next day. Why do so many items need to be ordered with this Pharmacy? I am extremely sick at the moment with an auto immune issue and I am in a lot of pain, I had to drag myself over to get a prescription which wasn't even there. The pharmacist completely defended the person I spoke to previously. Apparently if you call to check on the status of a prescription you will not be told if an item needs to be ordered and you may be told your prescription is ready when it is not complete. Its really an inefficient and inconsiderate service. I use this pharmacy because its local and its good to support local businesses. But they certainly don't support me. Procedures and staff training certainly need updating."

"I find all the staff in this Pharmacy to be extremely Nice and helpful especially the two men who do security they go above and beyond and are always so pleasent. During these hard times a smile goes a long way I always leave the pharmacy with a smile on my face excellent customer service would Highly recommend. They always have the most beautiful gifts too"
