"manager very unprofessional and unqualified. I rang the pharmacy and the same manager answered my call, I was going to ask about the medicine is it possible to order it in and he rudely speaking with his tone of voice told me that he can order it in but told me that if ": you can pay for it ?", Then I told him i have no problem to pay for the medicine as long as it the same . Then I told him I was willing to pay for the new order and he responded with “ You just waste government money”. I replied to him what did you mean by that? And he responded with the same answer. He then proceeded to hang up the phone call. There is no need for this kind of behavior towards a customer. My concern is to order the correct medicine not to get insulted. i wish there 0 star i can rate . Manager are unbeliveable"

"Our GP sent in a prescription for antibiotics for both my 2 children who are dealing with a very bad infection. The girl over the counter who looked half asleep told me I'll receive a text shortly with a time to collect the prescription. So off I went at home to look after the kids thinking ill receive a text and go collect the medicine. I never received any text ,and the pharmacy is now closed ,me being unaware it closed early. I'm looking at spending the night in A&E with 2 sick kids, with spiking temperatures and vomiting all over the place and wasting another 200 euro for the emergency fee on top of the 130 o paid at the GP to get that prescription. All because you staff is clearly unprofessional and unqualified."

"Slow service. Required 2 months of medicine, received only one and paid double. Not easy to contact via phone, didn't respond via email. Had to go back in person. Such a waste of time."

"I have review a lot of paces, but NEVER a pharmacy but I was just so overwhelmed by the friendliness and quickness of the service at McCabes in Clare Hall Mall that I felt compelled to. The sales assistant at the pharmacy counter answered all of my questions, gave EXCELLENCE recommendations and was very nice, helpful and (most importantly) knowledgeable!!!! Probably one of my BEST pharmacy experiences in my 58 years of life, anywhere in the world….and I have been to 66 countries!!"
