In my opinion this pharmacy is in need of more qualified staff. I found condescending self righteous, and abrupt young female staff. Single minded dismissive management also.Thankfully there is plenty of choice in this field in Dublin15"

"Disgraceful service. Booked flu vaccine for myself and my two year old for 9.30. Arrive only to be told the person wouldnt be in til after 12. Not sure how they’re running their business but needless to say will be avoiding going forward. * Thank you for the reply. I didn’t receive a phone call, I have voicemail set up which would have been appreciated or an email to advise my appointment time was no longer available. I received a text message yesterday to reconfirm my appointment time as well and took my child out of childcare/took time off for the vaccine appointment so respectfully it’s just poor management. Disappointing as we had been loyal customers. Thank you for the offer but we will arrange elsewhere."
