"Unreliable poor service. While suffering from a bad dose of Covid I rang touchstone to request a delivery to help me get over it. After waiting 2 days without my meds I rang to find out they though I was collecting them. All this after a conversation about my symptoms, delivery details, taking payment and positive test results. Had to seek help eslwhete."
"As a customer of touchstone. I had no issues at all. Until one day looking for my prescription, I was told I had collected it the night before from the girl from finglas. Now I was our that evening so I went along because I was so frustrated, I calmly left the store. I rang back and I was told that they could not go through the cameras , so I asked for two days of important medication. Which I have received before I was then told that I could not have it as new her eyes it was not an emergency. I waited for Monday and I was told over the phone that I had not received my prescriptionthis month. So I said I'll be down for it now. I got a phone call a few Mins later SND told yhat, they have misplaced my prescriptionbut this time they gave me an emergency dose. Next day it was sorted. My problem nothing has been explained to me and I never got an apology. A as a result my siblings (7) and I will start to use the new pharmacy because of the disrespect. I have to say one thing most of the staff in this pharmacy are 100 %."
