"BAD EXPERIENCE ON ANTIGEN TEST FOR TRAVELING. I have got to say the service that I was given today was very poor. I would advise not to get your antigen test here. From all the covid test I had gotten before this was the MOST EXPENSIVE and the only one, I felt unsafe. Firstly, the other antigen test I have gotten, the professionals where fully covered with protected gear (not just masks and gloves). Secondly all the other antigens test I have gotten felt like I was getting a REAL test done, this one made me think that the "professional" who performed the test was just a normal person that had just read the instructions to how to do a rapid antigen test, the ones you could do at home. Thirdly it really felt unprofessional because the swab wasn't even done right because it didn’t go as far in as it was supposed to. All I felt was like if I was getting my nostrils cleaned. And to make all this experience better I was told to take the testing device and sit in the middle of the pharmacy with people coming in and out, some with masks and some with non, not to mention lots of the ladies working in this pharmacy didn’t wear there mask properly or had non on. putting me at risk of infection for no reason. So we had to stay in this tiny pharmacy and wait more 15min for the result, thinking I would be going home, I had to wait another 15min so the ladies could print out 2 papers. So, to make things simple I paid for the most expensive rapid antigen test, to not be done professionally and to wait nearly for an hour. Overall, a very bad experience in this establishment. Would not recomend"

"I am so disappointed with this company I will never buy anything on click and collect from them again. My order went in on the 30th of November. I did get one email stating there was a slight delay, I heard nothing since. All I ordered was two reusable mask. Bad reviews from me."

"Very poor customer service. Ordered a basic product online (for collection) and went to the store the following day to be advised that it wasn’t ready. I could see the product on the shelves and there was lots of it in stock. When I pointed this out the woman I was dealing with said that it’s a different company that provides online products and I would have to come back. She said that you shouldn’t come until you receive a phone call from them. There is no mention of this “phone call” on the order confirmation email. Seems bizarre that they would drag you back there again over this when loads of the product was on the shelves beside them. Funnily enough, there was another man in front of me who had the same issue."

"Horrible arrogant stuck up staff. I will never bring my custom in here again. I saw a staff member tell a pregnant woman who was queuing to buy a mask to stand outside because she hadn't got one on her. In a health establishment? The lady was queuing to buy the mask and she treated her like she was some disease. This staff member needs reporting. A very arrogant lady with long brown hair!"
