"I have been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for over 10 years and cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. When you come in there is always a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. From medical reassurances from the pharmacists when I was a new mum to my daughter to their efficiency and support during the rough covid times it really is a one stop pharmacy for me and I wouldn’t shop elsewhere. I particularly love to pick up my beauty products from the girls on Clarins and Clinique as they are so knowledgeable and give the best skincare advice. The store itself is always immaculate and stocked to the brim with everything you could need. There is no doubt that this trickles down from management and gives the store a wonderful team spirit. "The staff in this loyds pharmacy Blackrock are just unbearably rude. To the absolute extremity! I’ve tried them a few times, as I lived locally however, if you want to support real Irish, genuine service and honest health care, this is NOT the pharmacy! Not to mention they haven’t a clue. Horrendous pharmacy! Please avoid."

"Strangely unpleasant experience here. Found the staff member I dealt with very abrupt… She seemed to find the idea of shopping on a budget a foreign concept. My dad has been a regular customer for years, but think I’d prefer to shop elsewhere in future."

"Staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming as well as rude . I have only gone In there a handful of times and always been a bad experience . Id advise you go to boots in frascatti center instead. The staff in there are lovely and friendly . And unlike Lloyd's, they don't follow you around the shop staring at you. They approach and communicate. If I could give 0 stars I would."
