"Staff are lovely, but the place is so disorganised. I've a repeat prescription that I've never had a problem with before, but over the last 6 months have had a good few issues that seem more like poor process or maybe overworked staff. Biggest problem for me lately is not being able to order my prescription over the phone or email. I never get an answer, trying 5 times from morning till 3pm. I've moved away unfortunately."
