"Very disappointed. Brought my Dad to visit the chiropilist. The waiting was fine and my Dad was extremely happy with the treatment he received. The problem arose when we were leaving the Chemist my Dad said he urgently needed to use the toilet. We were told that there was no toilet and she didn't know where the nearest toilet was.
