Reviews
"Judging by the recent bad reviews listed here, there seems a consistent trend of unprofessional service: I’ve been going to this pharmacy the last year for a regular prescription and got to the stage where I dreaded going as it always felt so stressful. They always seem very busy which is fair enough but felt like handing over a prescription was a burden to them. And they would say “there is a huge wait” as if it was a problem. I mean, I have to get the script so waiting isn’t an issue for me. The last straw was when I had to go after Christmas at the weekend and checked online that their closing time was 6pm. I arrived up just after 5.30, handed prescription and was told it would take some time (again as if it would be a hassle for them) I said that was no problem and as I walked out, I overheard them discussing me and the young guy at the front said “ssh, she’s still here”. I was so mortified!! I have changed chemists now and thankfully they are professional and while still very busy it is stress free."
"Staff is slow and unhelpful. The first time I went there they made me wait 15 mins even though there was not a line. The next time they told me there's a 40 minute wait even though the pharmacy was empty. It just seems the staff is happy for you to leave. They told me to go to another pharmacy, and I did, and it took 5 mins to walk in and out. If you're around here, the Haven Pharmacy just outside of the mall is great."
"I hate leaving these kind of reviews but this pharmacy needs to get staff who are happy to help customers! Asked a lady behind the counter two simple questions last week for help & was literally met with a response along the lines of me been a nuisance for her. Won't be returning here."
"They don't have most of the basics, and I don't think that the employees are efficient, they themselves are not aware of a few things on the pharmacy. The fact that it is near the Dunnes store makes it easy for us. Thus, I would rate it as just Ok. Update: They definitely need to update their strategy on customer satisfaction. I was asked to wait 30 minutes to get the medicine with prescription even when there were no other people around. Because of this, I had to visit them again."
"Worst ever! We went for a head injury of my husband, as the incident happened just nearby and we thought of getting some kind of first aid. They don't know how to do a basic first aid, asked me to take some cotton and clean it in the bathroom, like seriously?? They did not even ask my husband to take a seat when he was bleeding badly. I am really shocked at the services! Such inefficient people I have seen."
