"Extremely rude staff in the Foxrock village branch. I went in today Saturday 21st may to get something for someone who has excoriation disorder to help heal the skin and scabs. The pharmacist was unhelpful and when I asked her what she would take if she was in that position she laughed at me and said in a very condescending way “well I don’t do that (pick at skin) and I would never do that so I’m not sure!” As excoriation is a mental health condition I think her reaction , especially the laughing, was very unprofessional and showed a stigma against mental health conditions."
"All of the staff are beyond helpful and lovely! Their next day delivery is also a good send during COVID, even got 2 little chocolates with my order. An amazing addition to the village."
