"My wife and I have been customers of your Coolock Village pharmacy for many years. Recently the service there has deteriorated to an unacceptable level. The service provided by your two shop assistants, Liz & Sandra is superb but when it comes to your pharmacists there is a problem. We now find that on each visit, there is a different pharmacist on duty and this means that they don't know us personally. They don't know our medical history and don't know what problems we may have had with a particular drug etc. If there is no improvement in this service, we will have to take our business elsewhere.
