"Reception very helpful and friendly however the male vet I saw was ruff with my cat. As I opened her box he forced his hand in and pulled her out backwards, her collar came off and he handfisted it back on braking it in doing so. Seemed more interested in trying to sell me extras. Only had to use this vet once, which was out of my control and will be glad to not return. Poor."
