"I was expecting a delivery to be arrived in this shop. I had the text message from collectplus that I can collect it. I never had it as the staff at Nisa was adamant that they did not receive it however the courier service told me the item has been delivered to the shop and scanned in."
"Shop is a bit scruffy inside and is in need of an overhaul. They are listed as a parcel drop off point but when I took my parcel in they were very unhelpful. They were virtually trying to persuade me to take the parcel to a different location, I couldn't as it was already booked for this branch being it was my nearest. I wouldn't use the shop again."
