"In the middle of pandemic, while the store has indeed provided some instructions on social distancing and made face mask mandatory, I'm quite disappointed that the staff simply let customers in EVEN WITHOUT MASKS. I wish the establishment tightens their security especially as the cases are rising. We can't let people take this matter lightly."
"I stopped here as I was running on fumes in hair car with no low petrol warning light. I had just finished taking my wife to work. It was -2 degrees and asked if I could put in 5 pounds worth of petrol and give my wife card details over the phone please. Answer. No! We don't take card details over the phone. Question. Could I put in 3-5 pounds worth and come back and pay you. Answer. No. Thanks for your help and left. Last time I will use BP in my life. BP. Britain at it's best? I don't think so."
