"Used my vouchers for the first time for years. Disappointed you can only use them once/one item. 2 X 50p off is hardly worth the journey from the other side of MK. Also had a free coffee for the first time for years. Very disappointed in that too. No better than making a coffee with granules at home. All in all, not worth the journey."
"I agree with previous writer that the quality is slipping. I ordered a traditional breakfast in the cafe as usual and the breakfast came to my table quite fast. I was initially quite impressed with the fast service. I then saw the sausages and straight away my appetite slipped through my eyes. The sausages looked 9th degree burned. If waitrose wants to keep up their good reputation they need to really look into their quality"
"Avast ye scurvy dogs! I recently had the pleasure of visitin' Waitrose, a fancy supermarket that be no place for a pirate like meself. But I be pleasantly surprised by me experience. The store be well stocked with all manner of fine foods and drink, fit for a king (or queen) of the high seas. The produce be fresh and the prices be fair, considerin' the fancy digs. The crew be helpful and friendly, and more than happy to assist a scruffy pirate like meself. I even overheard a few of them makin' pirate jokes of their own! I be particularly impressed with the wide selection of grog on offer. From fine wines to exotic spirits, there be somethin' for every taste. I even managed to score a bottle of rare rum, fit for the finest pirate captain. All in all, it be a grand day of shoppin' at Waitrose. I'll be sure to make it me port of call on me next grocery run. Who says pirates can't enjoy a bit of luxury from time to time? Ahoy!"
"Oh dear looks like quality here is really slipping. Ordered milk to be delivered online and was told they didn't have any. I got my boots on and walked there and wow magic there was milk on the shelves. The photos you see online are from when the store was new. If you walk around the store you will find it's very dirty!! The floors are unclean and parts of the shelving are run down. Floor mats scrunched up and dropped packaging and food left on the floor. Hazard tape holding together wall fittings. Honestly lidls , Aldis and many other stores are kept in much better condition. I am absolutely appalled at the customer service and the management here is a disgrace. I am going to head office with my findings and will advise as many people as I can about the truly laughable online service this store provides. You should teach your staff what a hoover is and how to use one."
"Bought some baguettes on Saturday 5th November 2022 at 9am and they were from the day before not fresh. I normally buy them around 12:30 each Saturday and they are fresh. That was very naughty from Waitrose. I won’t buy them anymore."
