"We popped in today for a new dog lead and were served by Ryan. He was friendly and efficient and obviously loves working there!"

"The girl that served me was more interested in putting on her lip gloss today 24/11/22. Did not say one word to me, my receipt was left on the counter I had to ask if it was mine. Won’t be back there. Another pet shop in Omni I will go to instead"

"Such a helpful girl serving there today lunchtime Sunday 18/09. Brought us through lots of food options, super friendly and not pushy at all. A real credit to the store :)"

"Can I just say, I was in the store today at lunch time waiting in the queue to pay when a really rude, loud and unruly woman was causing a scene over some cat food, the young girl at the checkout went and got the manager who was on at that time and she came out to speak to the lady. Well when I say speak the poor girl couldn’t get her words out because the woman kept on shouting at her and screaming “you had better apologise” but the manager was extremely good, she didn’t raise her voice she was VERY calm and polite all I can say is that she is a credit to your company because if it was me I really don’t know if I could have held back. There really was no need for that rude woman’s behaviour"
