"Went in to collect an order on Sunday morning. Staff standing at desk but refused to get my order, said I needed to use the check in panel. I said, I'd rather talk to a human and they replied our computer can't do that any more. If this is a new policy, it's not very well thought through, especially as the competition 20metres away are more pleasant, more helpful and often cheaper and deal in names not numbers."
