"Ordered some timber from them, for a project at home. Delivery was quick and and the day it arrived I was at work but my partner was at home. Being so used to delivery drivers who just drop it off and go, when asked “where do you want it?” My partner said where is easiest for you but the driver actually walked it down to where we wanted. A credit to himself and to Higgins as he really did go to show that real customer service does exist. I would like to pass on our thanks to the driver who delivered to us and everyone at Higgins.
