"My friend took a special ring into Alexanders in Findon as the band had snapped. They said they would repair it and also give a complimentary clean. When the ring was collected, it was clear that it had not been cleaned and a small emerald stone was now missing. My friend telephoned the shop immediately that day (about half an hour after collection), leaving a message advising of the issue and asking for a call back. No such call was received. Appalling customer service when they are in the wrong so suggest you stay away."
