"The Maieston Apartments is a decent apartment locality but there is nothing special to offer from the management. They charge management fees, but they do not provide better services and there is not tangible benefit seen after paying the management fees. The parking is good and spacious but there have been cases of theft in the parking itself. The outside stairs are sometimes dirty and there is no regular cleaning done to properly maintain it. The apartments from inside are decent and the area is also not bad. The management should really focus on cleaning, maintenance and security of the apartments. Bin collection service is included in the annual fees. Electricity bills are separate, there is a little garden area as well. The most serious feedback from my side is about security, the outside gate has been broken many times and every time the response is extremely late from the management when it comes to repairs and servicing. Now, a new gate lock is in place but the automatic lock doesn’t work properly, if they take things seriously then they would have tested it thoroughly but now people leave and sometimes or most of the times the iron gate is open without any lock. This is a big security concern and I think they should do something about it."
