"Rude, rude, rude!!!! asked for full set of acrylic nails, which were advertised at £20 but I paid £35. Said I would like pink and white to look natural but was told I couldn’t have them. Instead I got thrown their sample colours onto my lap and expected to look through them with one hand. There was no time for me to sit and look properly. The man was rude one word commands. My nails look nice but they do hurt because he filed them quite hard. Won’t go back."

"I was absolutely disgusted in this place!! I had booked an appointment for 2 people me and my daughter who is only 4 I wanted a full set acrylic and just wanted to get my daughters nails painted... the male who done my full set was rude and unprofessional he had demanded I pay before my nails were even done and when drying my nails under the dryer my little girl sit there in the chair waiting for her nails to be painted he was in the back for about 15 minutes came out and told my daughter get down and he hasn't got time to do her nails and make An appointment we already had an appointment she was very upset and I think alot of training needs to go into CUSTOMER SERVICE absolutely disgusted with this place!!!"
