"I had an appointment at 11am yesterday morning (7/1/21) I have been once before and not had an issue but this time I felt it was alot rougher than usual, and I have now been left with what feels like a burn or ripped skin. It is very tender and has put me off using their services in future. Friends have looked at me concerned thinking I had a black eye. Really disappointed in the outcome."

They are friendly and build a relationship with regular clients, which makes for a really great experience. The icing on the cake is Luba, I have issues with the way my finger nails grow which no-one has ever been able to sort out for me - until Luba, she is my manicure hero, I would recommend her to anyone."
