"Fair playgroup, playgroup manager organises different events/activities, and you would notice this if it's being covered by deputy as she doesn't seem to do as much and got a rude doesn't really care personality about her. Regards to events could be better organised such as more forward planing on bigger events such as Xmas concert they had outside this year because couldn't get a hall but if it was raining this would be cancelled hopefully they will be better next year and get a hall so the little ones can show off their Xmas costumes and no risk of cancellation, if it clashes in another school concert work out a date between schools or hire local scout hall. There was a time where children met at the scout hall for a moo music session and the staff all arrived after us parents and forgot registration file forward planning would be for them to arrive before and be more organised for health and safety register should be taken and not names on a personal device. My child was picked up by a friend once who's daughter was in this playgroup too but was no mention about how her daughter was doing, don't seem to care afterwards this is mainly deputy I believe. Good points: - weekly activities organised by manager -day trips organised which was part paid by play group - photos taken and put on private Facebook page - this can change if manager steps down for a period of time. Bad points: - could be better organised - don't ask about how ex children doing - forgetful - forget whose had letters / forms - forward planning make a rock box who's had what letter /form - we should completed a Existing injury form the next time our child was in but this was never mentioned again and seemed to be forgotten about so their files are out of date again tick box to do list will fix this."
