"Due to having major surgery, I needed someone to look after my pet rats. With other places in Brighton booked up, I came across The Manor Cattery online. Although I couldn't see rats listed on their website, Rachel assured me they would be happy looking after them. I immediately felt reassured by Rachel who helped answer all my questions beforehand and made sure my ratttos were in a quiet spot, while still getting lots of fuss. I was sent photos of Chickpea and Clive during their stay which I really appreciated and when I needed longer recovery time, Rachel accommodated having them an extra week. Fantastic service and one I would definitely use again if needed in the future! Thank you to the team!"
