"Paid £25 for express delivery of a rabbit hutch costing over £100. It took 4 days to come no refund for next day delivery. The hutch looks good but is terrible quality. The rabbit has chewed through it in places in less than a week and the platform inside keeps collapsing. I have emailed them twice regarding this but they failed to respond. Not a good company."
