"Really lovely reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Genuinely interested in your pet and happy to talk to the owners and get to know you. The Vet himself is friendly and kind and very patient. He explains everything clearly and seems pleased to meet your pet and remembers you when you return. Brilliant offer to pay a monthly amount and get free 6 monthly checkups and flea and worm treatments included."

They always welcome you with a smile and a treat for Ted and their priority is always the welfare of the animal. Andreas always takes the time to clearly explain what the problem is and how it needs to be treated and he does this in an very understanding and compasionate way. The surgery is alway very clean and tidy and I can say without exception that I have always received the higest quality of service when I have had to visit. Nothing is too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other pet owners in the area :)"
