"Very rude and unprofessional. Left my mother waiting half an hour and told her they were 'very busy'. She had an appointment and was a paying customer. Eventually when she was seen the doctor was beyond rude to her. He kept leaving the room and then barking orders at her when he came back in. She couldn't hear him properly (she has partial hearing loss and he was of course wearing a mask) and he shouted at her asking her if she was dead! Disgraceful"
