"It's very sad what has happened to this practice. They used to listen and understand my problems and I felt super comfortable talking with the doctor O'Farrell and Morrison. However after the pandemic a lot has changed. They no longer let me see the doctor I feel comfortable with a the one they give me doesn't even understand basic words in English, and the Doctor was Irish. I used to get perscriptions for 6 months and never once had to pay for them. Now they charge 10e per script and only give for a month. My review summary should be this, we can't fix your problem now give us money !!! All they care about is money and giving you shots of mRNA. Probably they get a lot of money to administer those also. Sell outs who don't care about you ! Avoid at all costs unless you go to Dr ofarrell"

"Great experience with the Cremore Clinic on Wednesday. My son was very sick after school, we called a very helpful staff member arranged an appointment for him within an hour. Dr Tommy was brilliant with him, explained everything clearly and gave him lots of time."

"Impossible to get through on the phone, then answer machine tell you to email as their busy, after you ask for a morning appointment so not to miss work they reply be telling you to call for an appointment. Two days it took NOT to get a morning appointment even do its only Tuesday now , no morning appointment with the Nurse any day this week at all. So much for calling a doctors surgery of help just to get stitches out... I have been a customer for over 30 years...... NOT HAPPY AT ALL. This would have taken max 10 mins...."

Dr Brady was personable, professional and his lovely reassuring manner was just what my son needed at the visit. My experience of all visits to the cremore clinic are consistent with the above."

"I’ve been going to this clinic for 25 years or so. From teen years to having children. Yes the wait times can be long and sometimes it’s hard to get an appointment on the phone but with so many patients it’s not surprising. The team from reception staff to nurses and doctors are all fabulous. Caring and professional. I would recommend this clinic to anyone."
