Reviews of Harbour Health
"Very disappointed. i am still not fully recovered and i had a question regarding the same issue considering i was there about 2 weeks ago and many more times for the last 8 weeks. i felt ripped off when she said i have to pay €70 for a doctor call when its not even a consultation it was only for a question i needed to clarify . a few times i felt i was being rip off same if i needed a print of letter was €25. be careful when you choosing your practice. definitely i dont recommend this place."
"Great experience. Absolutely lovely and helpful receptionist and very professional care from Dr Ross Kelly. Highly recommended."
"A terrible practice, particularly for people requiring mental health care. Dr.McCarthy is continually insensitive and inappropriate in her manner and language. Reviews are split between their two Google accounts, would advise to go elsewhere."
"I was misdiagnosed twice. follow up customer service was very good and accommodating once I complained however :)"
"My husband is suffering from a severe back pain, tried to book an appointment and was informed that only phone consultation was possible today. He paid 50 euros to have a 5 minutes conversation with the doctor, just to be told that she needed to see him in person. They managed to book him in for the same day. When he arrived for the appointment, he was informed that he would have to pay another 50 euros to see the doctor. This is outrageous!!! He said he had already paid that price for a 5 minutes chat over the phone, but they were adamant that he needed to pay again if he wanted to see the doctor. He just left to look for a more reliable clinic. He wasted his time, had walk to under the rain with a strong pain, just to be ripped off. Disrespectful."
