"I respect the staff and their willingness to help… But the waiting hours is insane… waited 12 hours till I got first doctor meeting. No point to go there and wait for help at night time as all professional doctors are sleeping.. the night shift staff will only tell you to wait till the morning ( when doctors will come to work) Poor organised and management"

"Such a busy hospital and the area is maintained very well. There are enough car parking spaces nearby. The only issue is that waiting period is insane, due to the shortages of the staff and doctors we will need to wait many hours to see the doctor. I think that is something the management needs to take care of."
