"Deserves 0 star. Worst emergency service and hospital. It's unacceptable that my son has been waiting for four hours without receiving any medical attention, especially when he has a head injury that is bleeding. There is no single person around, we have been waiting with other patients for hours. This is the health service that you get when you need, while they cut half of your income as tax."

"Have been Waiting for AT least 9 hours Triage nurses extremely rude and not helpful Told them that I’m in severe pain don’t seem to care at all - very cold and careless treatment They completely Refuse to say approximation of waiting time even though I said I left my baby with a baby sitter and need to know Maximum 10 people here but waiting since the morning, not sure what is taking so long. I don’t know where our taxes are going to but this is so wrong on so many levels Rigid broken chairs No real food for this amount of wait Horrible Even restaurants have better queuing system, wondering why they don’t apply some queuing system here as well to be informed when to come back rather than stay here for so long 1 star is a compliment"

"Wait times sometimes can be long. The staff are amazing and always so good. Amazing nurses. Always feel we're well looked after."

"I found the staff lovely and felt for them that they had to work under such conditions. There is a serious shortage of staff here that needs to be sorted. I've read a lot of comments about it being 'third world' standard and unfortunately, they're not exaggerating. Whilst the staffing issue is being sorted, even making the waiting area comfortable for patients could help. You have some people coming in with serious ailments being made to sit on ridgid chairs (or the floor). Even a TV for the elderly or those that don't use phones. Someone going around offering tea perhaps. These very small differences can make the whole experience better for people, particularly whilst the hospital deal with the staffing problem. Again. My problem is not with the current staff. They are trying their best in terrible circumstances."
