Reviews of (Old) Meath Hospital
"I sent in my application for an EHIC card 8 Jan and have heard nothing. When I phoned I kept getting recorded messages. I emailed the person who was supposed to be dealing with it, but still no reply."
"I am a neighbouring residential house and keep getting post for this hospital, medical records in fact!, I have notified the hospital at least a dozen times over the last two years yet it persists, every time I ask to speak to a manager low and behold they pertain to being a manager, is everyone in there a manager? Next time I get post it’s into the Gardai I’ll bring it as there is an issue of privacy and GDPR considering it’s a reported issue yet it persists. UPDATE: this issue is now seemingly resolved as I have not received the hospitals post since the review was originally posted."
"This place is a shame to the Irish health service. Got private covid-19 tested Christmas Eve early morning together with other workmates and still haven’t got my results. Today is Dec 29 and as I rang the hospital the receptionist informed me there were not many nurses that could help with the issue. After insisting to speak to someone he transferes the call to a extension and someone pretends to be the an answering machine. She failed to hold her laugh before asking me to live a message! Missing work since awaiting for the results. I’ll try to get hold of the hospital manager as soon as possible too."
