At Brighton Counselling Space, we have a team of highly qualified and experienced counsellors who are passionate about providing a safe and confidential environment for clients to talk openly about their issues. We understand that life can present many challenges, and sometimes we may struggle to cope on our own. Our goal is to help you to gain a greater understanding of your inner world, and to provide you with the tools and techniques that you need to lead a happy and fulfilling life.

Our counselling services cover a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, bereavement, addiction, self-esteem and many others. Our therapists work with individuals, couples and families, using a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. We believe in tailoring our approach to meet your specific needs in a way that is both respectful and non-judgemental.

Clients are welcome to book an appointment with one of our counsellors by contacting us via phone, email or our online booking system. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
