"When 111 send you here for a late appointment for your son. You call the surgery for 90 min with no response. Drive over on advice of 111 as the surgery is open until 8pm, only for there to be no answer at the door. Walked round the back to staff car park to see no cars in car park. Clearly clocked off early to the suffering of anyone needing assistance: not even a note on the door to say no one there."
