"Wish I could give 0 stars. Woman on the phone was patronising, rude and unhelpful. Told me I was calling too late to get an appointment and I should've called earlier (sorry my pain happened in the afternoon!). Ignored me entirely and will not be using again."

The dentist was very gentle with the injections (injections used to be the worst part for me) thanks Ladies for making it a good experience and hopefully I'll be pain free now."

"Tried contacting 12 times over the space of 2.5 hours, phone line was constantly engaged. When I finally got through, I was told that they were fully booked and when I asked for a booking tomorrow, I was told I must ring back in the morning. Shocking customer service."
